SERVICES INFO
Standard Job Posting:
When you open an account with us you will be given a five trial postings of vacancies. After this trial is finished you will be put onto the flat-fee posting service of €60. What this essentially means is that you pay a once-off fee per posting and it will remain on the site until a suitable candidate has been found.
If after an extended period of time this has not occurred please contact our sales team at
sales@internationaljobsolutions.com and we will give the vacancy priority status.
Relocation Property:
Our Relocation property section is essentially a free service for the poster. The tenant pays a fee to International Job Solutions which is deducted from the rental as part of the agreement in accepting the tenant. In other words you only pay when you have agreed that a suitable tenant has been found. The current deduction is 50% of a weeks rental e.g. if the rent for a month is set at €1000 then the fee would be 50% of one week i.e. 50% of €250 = €125. The tenant would then pay €875 in rental for their first month. This is purely a temporary accommodation solution which allows international employees familiarize themselves with their new area before finding something more permanent.
Work Permit/Visa Consultation:
We are currently providing a work permit/visa consultation service for the Republic of Ireland. This service essentially provides all the information necessary for application to work in the Republic of Ireland along with essential information regarding tax and employment law etc. Our work permit team involves chartered accountants and solicitors and uses official information from the Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and the National training and employment authority. The fee for this service is standardised at €125 including postage an packaging.
Mortgage Brokering Service:
We also provide a mortgage brokering service specifically tailored for international employees who may not be familiar with the Irish property market through our own trusted mortgage broker Malcolm Cuffe who will provide impartial advice to international employees who are seeking something more permanent in their adopted country.
