By posting a communication on the website you automatically grant International Job Solutions a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sub-licence such rights through multiple tiers of sub-licences.

You must not –
post material that contravenes intellectual property rights of others or the privacy or publicity rights of others.

Post sexually explicit or offensive images or states. Any posting deemed offensive at the administrator’s discretion may be removed and the person(s) involved may be banned from future use of the website.

Post any materials that damage the operation, quality or integrity of the site or materials, the operation, quality or integrity of any telecommunications network, or any other use which might be deemed by International Job Solutions to be harmful to International Job Solutions business, reputation or the commercial exploitation of the site.

Post material that breaches criminal law.

Post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have been granted permission by the copyright owner to use it.
International Job Solutions authorises you to view and download a single copy of the material on the site solely for your personal non-commercial use. The contents of the site are the intellectual property of International Job Solutions which is a trading name of Costello Global Enterprises Limited and so are protected under Irish and foreign laws. If you violate these terms your permission to use the material is revoked and all copies of said material must be destroyed.
In the case of the relocation property service by placing a posting on the site the user agrees that any negotiation with prospective tenants must be done indirectly with International Job Solutions as the intermediary body. Any attempt to contact any tenant associated with the site willfully or otherwise will be considered a breach of contract under Irish contact law and will result in prosecution by International Job Solutions and it’s parent body Costello Global Enterprises Ltd. Any failure to pay the agreed fee by the tenant will also constitute breach of contract and will again result in legal action if the situation cannot be rectified by other means.
In the case of the Work Permit/Visa Consultation Service use of the service does not constitute a guarantee of work. The final decision whether or not to grant a work permit rests with the relevant government appointed body in the country in which the work permit/visa is being sought.

In no event shall International Job Solutions, it’s supplier or any 3 rd party associated with the website be responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly as a result of use of the website or any materials associated with the website.
